Taipei Bridal Palace Terms & Conditions
1. Taipei Bridal Palace Platform and its affiliates and affiliates (individually and collectively, "Taipei Bridal", “company”, "we", "us" or "our"). Taipei Bridal takes its responsibilities under applicable privacy laws and regulations ("Privacy Laws") seriously and is committed to respecting the privacy rights and concerns of all Users of our Taipei Bridal website (the "Site") (we refer to the Site and the services we provide as described in our Site collectively as the "Services").
3. We will collect your personal data when you making a purchase upon checking out or making the payment. All of your personal information will be only use by Taipei Bridal only for the purpose to ship the purchased item/s to you. We also may collect your personal details upon making booking for appointment or make booking for services.
Registration as Membership
4. There is no requirement for customer to setup any personal account or register as a member with us in Taipei Bridal Palace website to purchase any products or services.
5. For seller to sell costumes, gowns or dresses are required to register as a member in Taipei Bridal Palace website. For non member are unable to sell any dresses, gowns or costumes.
Refund and Return Policy
6. All item/s, product/s, services booking and photography service booking being sold is not exchangeable and refundable. Make sure your purchase before checking out and make payment from our online store.
7. If you received any broken or spoiled item/s or product/s, please return to the actual shipping company and we will deal with it. We will replace a new item/s or product/s to you as soon as we being notify you have return the item/s or product/s to the shipping company with proof.
8. Return damage item/s or product/s shipping cost will be bare by the company. The shipping new replace item/s or product/s will also be bare by the company.
9. Costume/s referred as gown, dress, coat and any other wearable sold in this platform.
10. All costumes sold able to resell back to the company with terms and conditions as below:-
10.1 - The company will buy back the costume sold for 50% from the sold price within 1 month from the sold date. The costume must be in good conditions, not torn, not damage, any other causes that spoil the material of the costume.
10.2 - The buyer must ship the costume to the company address after confirmation proven the costume is in good conditions. After that, the company will issue an invoice of “Trade-In” to the customer.
10.3 - The payment will bank transfer to the customer within 2 days after receiving the costume from the shipping company.
10.4 - The company will able to buy back the costume within 3 month for 30% from the total sold price. The costume must be in good conditions, not torn, not damage, any other causes that spoil the material of the costume. The terms same as 10.2 and 10.3.
10.5 - The company will able to buy back the costume within 6 month for 15% from the total sold price. The costume must be in good conditions, not torn, not damage, any other causes that spoil the material of the costume. The terms same as 10.2 and 10.3.
10.6 - The company will able to buy back the costume after or over 6 month for between 10% to 15% from the total sold price. The costume must be in good conditions, not torn, not damage, any other causes that spoil the material of the costume. The terms same as 10.2 and 10.3.
11. The company remain the rights not to buy back the sold costume. Any others matter or arguments within the company with you may not change the final decision of the company on the buy back terms.
12. You unable to make a lawsuit under the buy back terms because you have being acknowledged and agreed the terms once making the purchase of the costume.
13. All costume sell by the seller is fixed size and there will no be any alteration of the size. Please read the description of the measurements of the costume/s. There will be no exchangeable to refundable for any size default matter.
14. Because of different monitors or mobile device or lamplight, the photos show may not reflect the actual color of the item, really thank you for your kind understanding. Please note that low temperature wash or cold wash, do not bleach and place under the blazing sun for quite a long time. Indoor dry are recommended.
Delivery / Shipping
15. All sold or sell item/s or product/s or costume/s shipping fees is not included. The shipping cost will be bare by the buyer base on the rates set by the company.
16. The customer can make booking after confirmation of our availability date.
17. Customer can choose the package available in our website. Extra service or requirement will be charge accordingly. The fees will be notify by the Company to the customer before making any booking in our website. Once the customer make the booking, the customer agreed the terms, conditions and deals.
18. The customer can upgrade the package from the lower to the higher package. The customer not allow to change from the higher package to the lower package once the customer booked the higher package.
Makeup Service Booking
19. The customer can make booking after confirmation of our availability date.
20. Customer may come to our studio to try the makeup with charges service fees apply.
21. Travel fees may charge for outstation, overseas or travel distance more than 25km and above from your studio. The fees will be notify by our company before the customer making the booking. The customer agreed the terms once the customer booked our makeup service.
Car Decor Service
22. The customer can make booking after confirmation of our availability date.
23. The customer need to drive his/her car to our studio for decoration service. Outdoor car decoration service will have extra charges, depending the distance and location. The Company have the rights to make the final decision for outdoor car decoration service.
Flower Bouquet Service
24. The customer can make booking after confirmation of our availability date and stock.
25. Any delivery service may have extra service charges.
26. After confirmation of the type of the flowers bouquet, not refundable or exchangeable to other flowers bouquet.
Nail Art Service
27. The customer can make booking after confirmation of our availability date.
28. The booking on nail art service is basic package. The customer can upgrade the package of the service. Any extra items or service will have charges. The charges may according to the products used on the customer nails.
29. The customer need to come to our studio for nail art service. Any outdoor service will have extra charges.
30. After nail art service has being done or completed, the service is not refundable or exchangeable to a new set of the service.
Customer and Company
31. The Company is just ensuring the customer getting the services from the Taipei Bridal Palace only.
32. All payment transaction by Ringgit Malaysia only. Payment can be make by credit or debit card.
33. The Company reserved rights to readjustment the terms and conditions all above from time to time without period notice.
